Important Notes
- Once you download and install the app, you will be asked to "Always Allow Location". This allows the app to work even when terminated, continuing to process parking activity data on your mobile device.
- Be sure to set up your profile so the app can give you the most accurate information.
- The ParkUSC app is crowd-sourced, therefore the more active users the app has, the better the experience will be in finding available parking near your destination.
Setting up a Profile:
Set up your profile to get the most out of the ParkUSC app and enjoy all its features.
• Tap on “Profile” in the lower righthand corner of the screen.
• Tap on “Parking Profile.”
• You will be prompted to sign in with your University account via SSO.
• Enter your license plate information and parking permit information.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap to enable the feature that will only show you parking for your permit type. Tap “Save”.
• You will receive a message that your information has been saved. Tap on “Explore” in the bottom lefthand corner to go back to the parking map.
